By placing an order here on the website www.kshir-canele.com or through authorised any other authorised sales channel, the Customer accepts these General Sales Terms and Conditions. The company reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions at any time. All new transactions with entered into after the effective date of any such modification shall be governed by the modified Terms and Conditions.
These terms and conditions cannot be modified, waived or amended except by a writing signed by both you and Company. In the event of non-availability of the ordered item, the company will call the Customer to seek alternative options that may be delivered. However, the company is not liable for any other charges, loss of profits, emotional stress or any other liability, etc., caused due to non-delivery.
The company retains the right to refuse any order unconditionally.
All claims are subject to the jurisdiction of court at new Delhi, India only.
